This Review Petition is filed by the Government of India, Department of Telecommunication in OA 297/10 in which Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited was also another Respondent.  The Review Petition has already been filed by BSNL namely RP No.16/2012 which has already been rejected on 07.11.2012 by a detailed order.  The learned counsel for the Ministry of Telecommunication and the present review applicant submits that in view of the earlier review petition No. 16/2012 having been dismissed, the same ruling will follow in the present review petition also.  It is fair enough to state that the present review petition may also be dismissed.
2. Accordingly, RP No. 7/2013 is dismissed.  MA No. 265/13 in RP 7/2013 automatically becomes infructuous.
