Heard both the counsels as well as the Applicant in person.  

2. The Original Application has been filed by the Applicant in August, 2012 requesting to defer his Transfer Order till the end of March, 2013 so as to take care of the 12th standard crucial examination of his son.  The case is coming up for final hearing today in the middle of January, 2013.  Although the learned counsel for the Respondents has strenuously argued on the last occasion opposing the prayer, we now feel that not much administrative inconvenience is going to occur if his transfer is deferred by another two months.  The Applicant is present before us in person and once again reiterates that he is willing to join his new assignments as ordered in the impugned transfer order within a week of the end of the examination of his son.  

3. We, therefore, direct that the Original Application is allowed and that the Respondents shall allow the Applicant to be relieved any time at their convenience after one week of the completion of H.S.C. (12th standard) examination of his son.  The Applicant shall also inform the office about the schedule of the examination by 15th March, 2013.

4. Original Application is disposed of in the above terms.  No order as to costs.
