Heard Shri K.R. Yelwe, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri A.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the Respondents.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in view of the DOPT's circular dated 26.07.2012 the applicant is eligible for reconsideration.  Hence his case will be considered on the next occasion whenever the respondents are considering the cases of Compassionate Appointment.  This satisfies the learned counsel for the applicant.  Hence, Original Application is disposed of in the above terms.  No costs.
